What is RSVP?
RSVP lets your guests tell you whether they will attend, directly from your digital invitation — no calls, no counting messages.
How does my guest receive the invitation?
Your invitation is a link. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS or any messaging app — one link for everyone, or a personal link for each guest with Invitation + Guest List.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The invitation opens straight in the phone’s browser.
Can guests RSVP from their phone?
Yes. Every invitation is designed for the phone first, and replying takes a few taps.
Does the invitation work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It opens in the phone’s own browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android — and on a computer too.
Can I ask my guests questions?
Every RSVP asks whether they’re coming, their name, how many guests, and leaves space for a message. With Invitation + Guest List you can add up to 8 questions of your own: choices to tap (like Regular or Vegetarian) or a line to write in (like allergies). You can ask them of everyone, or only of guests who are coming.
Can I see who confirmed?
With every invitation, each reply arrives on your WhatsApp as a written message. With Invitation + Guest List you also get a private guest list page: who’s coming, who can’t, who hasn’t replied yet, the total number of guests and every answer — searchable, and ready to download for Excel. You can protect it with a password.
Can I collect the number of guests?
Yes. Guests choose how many people are coming. With personal links, you decide the most each guest can bring.
Can I collect meal preferences?
Yes, with Invitation + Guest List — add a meal question with the choices you want, and every answer shows in your guest list.
Can I change the RSVP questions later?
Yes, with Invitation + Guest List. Change them any time from your guest list; your invitation asks the new questions from then on. Answers already given stay in your list.
What happens after a guest submits their RSVP?
Their reply is saved to your guest list straight away (with Invitation + Guest List), and WhatsApp opens on their phone with the reply already written to you — they press send and it reaches your chat. If a guest with a personal link replies again, the new answer replaces the old one.
Can I send the invitation through WhatsApp?
Yes. Copy your link into any chat or group. With personal links, your guest list has a Send on WhatsApp button next to each guest, with their link and a short message already written.
